About Tootsie and Fudge
Tootsie and Fudge was founded by sisters Kirsty and Ali. Influenced by Scandinavia and its design supremacy from an early age, we decided we wanted to share these unique and upbeat designs to baby and kids clothing with friends, family and people world wide.
The attitude, ease and effortless style of the Danes is something that you can’t help but admire! Danish design baby clothes are like a breath of colourful air- no outdated rules; pink for girls or blue for boys. No fashion faux pas. Kids are allowed to look like kids and love running, jumping and playing in their stripy tights and their colourful dresses or funky trousers or all at once! Clothing is fun, creative and exciting...
When Kirsty had her first child, she was hit by the lack of quality, comfortable and fun clothing available for her kids in Scotland. Luckily, this gap was soon filled by her sister Ali’s marriage to her Danish childhood sweetheart and her departure to set up home in Copenhagen! Suddenly Kirsty’s kids were being sent clothing that made them stand out from the crowd. Was it fair that only Kirsty and her kids were given this opportunity? We thought not! So Tootsie and Fudge was born – an online shop aimed for anyone who wants to dress their kids in fun, creative and colourful clothing!
